NOTE: Counselors who registered students for the 2007-08 school year will not need to create a new account for the school or previously registered students.
If a school wishes to register more than 15 students per course, the school must submit an email to the Counseling and Research Supervisor, Dr. Erin Berry at erin.berry@virtualvirginia.org. The request will be reviewed by the Director of Virtual Virginia and the Virtual Virginia Administrative Team. |
The Virtual Virginia registration system (called Maestro)
enables school guidance counselors and other school
administrators to:
- Easily register new
students;
- Enroll students in
new courses;
- Withdraw students
from existing courses;
- Create and assign
mentors, managing their load;
- Access a
comprehensive student information profile and much more.
All users will need to
click on the link to create an account. Once a school has
been registered, users will be able to access a
comprehensive user guide to lead them through the
registration process. The guide can also be accessed by

School Counselors should contact Virtual Virginia whenever
they have questions or feedback about the registration
