Full-Time Program

Virtual Virginia’s full-time program offers all required core academic courses and electives necessary to earn a standard or Advanced Studies diploma. Full-time enrollment is available to public, private, and homeschooled students.

How Enrollment Works

Virginia public school students enrolled in VVA courses for grades 6–12 remain affiliated with their local school and the school division’s ADM. Fees, textbooks, technology, and other required materials are paid for by the school directly to the Virginia Department of Education.

Families with students enrolled in Virginia private schools, home instruction, and out-of-state/international schools are responsible for enrollment fees and associated supplies and materials.

Multiple cohort start dates are available to support differing school calendars across the Commonwealth.
