If a Summer Session course enrollment is withdrawn by the enrolling local school counselor before 3 p.m. on Monday, June 21, a refund is not automatically credited back to your credit card.
To request a refund, please contact Cynthia Evans at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- The name of the student.
- The reason the refund is being requested (course drop or duplicate payment).
- The date of the transaction.
- The refund amount due.
- The name on the card used to make the payment.
- The last four numbers of the card used to make the payment. Please do not provide the complete credit card number.
Note: If requesting a refund due to a course withdrawal, a refund may not be requested until the student has been officially withdrawn from the Summer Session course by the enrolling local school counselor.
No refunds will be given if a course is dropped after 3 p.m. on Monday, June 21.
