Summer Session: Refund Information

Return to Summer Session

If a Summer Session course enrollment is withdrawn by the enrolling local school counselor before 3 p.m. on the individual cohort start date, a refund is not automatically credited back to your credit card.

To request a refund, please contact Cynthia Evans at [email protected] and provide the following information:

  • The name of the student
  • The course from which the student will be withdrawn
  • The date of the transaction
  • The refund amount due
  • The name on the card used to make the payment
  • The last four numbers of the card used to make the payment (please do not provide the complete credit card number)

Note:

  • A refund may not be requested until the student has been officially withdrawn from the Summer Session course by the enrolling local school counselor.
  • No refunds will be given if a course is dropped after 3 p.m. on the individual cohort start date.
